The Pastor and Elders provide Leadership training in the church for present and future leaders. So it is open to all who desire to develop their present or potential gifts, whether in present leadership roles or not.
These are examples of Leadership training courses that are being run or plan to be run in the church:
School of Preaching – meeting one Saturday morning every two months
Freed to Lead Course – learning to lead through our identity and freedom in Christ
Making Fruitful Disciples – training for Discipleship trainers
Helping Others Find Freedom in Christ – training for Discipleship trainers
Learn 2 Lead programme – Leadership training in areas of Theology, Biblical Studies and Pastoral Care
